Traffic packages (Batteries)
Sometimes you need to sync big items (or items with big attachments) or sync more often. For that, we provide our traffic packages. The traffic that is part of your plan (500 MB per sync pair per month) is always used first. Then, if necessary, traffic from the battery is used.
As long as you have an active plan, you can use traffic from the package you purchased – there is no expiration date. When there is no more traffic available in the package, it stops automatically. If you believe you will have many sync pairs and you want help estimating the traffic, please contact us.
