When you create a task on SharePoint, a task item is automatically synced to the Exchange tasks folder of the assigned user.

The service monitors task changes on SharePoint and Exchange, and writes those changes from one system to the other.

Calendar sync

Create a meeting in SharePoint, auto sync to your, and all attendees' Exchange calendars.

Create a meeting in SharePoint, auto sync to organizer, and all attendees' Exchange calendars. Use 'Scheduling Assistance' to see the status of all meeting members.

Contacts sync

From your Exchange contacts folder, just select one or more contacts to automatically insert into a custom SharePoint List. Synchronize your contact lists in real time to keep your Exchange address book up to date.

Changes made by users designated as 'contact owners' affect only mapped fields, which are then synced bi-directionally.

Email backup

Automatically back-up email and attachments by safely storing them in SharePoint. Manually start and stop the synchronization based on your needs.
