About Dynamics CRM
Microsoft’s customer relationship management software package is one of the worldwide leading CRM applications. The first version Microsoft CRM 1.0 was released in January 2003. Always trying to improve their programs, Microsoft published many further versions. The latest is called Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and achieved over 40,000 customers.
